Once chipped from the ice a visit with the grandchildren to Lichfield Cathedral's festival of Christmas Trees.
As well as the trees there were over 10000 paper angels. Winter lighting of the architecture and of course the West Entrance with its Norman and Saxon Kings, Saints and Prophets flanked by the Archangels.
